New Members
The process for being accepted as a member of the club is as follows:
-
We strongly
recommend that you come and visit us and introduce yourself too.
The best time is after 10:30am on Sundays at the
Addlington flying field. Unless its raining
there it's almost certain that someone will be there, though
unfortunately we cannot guarantee it.
-
If you want to fly
you are welcome to do so (as a non-member
you are
allowed to fly on 2 occasions during a 12 month period).
However, before you fly, you must ask a club member to check over your
model and ensure it is safe to fly, instruct you on frequency
control, mobile telephones etc, they will also accompany you at all
times while flying and they will use their membership card to
release the frequency peg for you.
-
If you decide to
join then please complete our Membership Form.
Please Note:
-
The form will
NOT
be accepted unless the "Proposed By:" field is signed by an existing
